Vermont Caregiver Connection Conference:  Keeping the Journey Joyful

We are excited to invite you to join us on November 9^th at the Sugarbush Resort in beautiful Warren, VT. In recent years many of us have felt isolated from our communities and lacking the support we once had. This conference aims to reunite caregivers and enhance the connection and education essential for building a resilient community. This event will provide an exciting opportunity to appreciate the important work you do as a kin, foster or adoptive/guardian caregiver.  It will also create a space to rekindle relationships and strengthen the bonds vital for the well-being of you and the children you support. Early Bird Registration Incentives!!

• First 50 caregiver registrants will receive a copy of Peter Mutabazi’s book “Now I am Known: How a Street Kid Turned Foster Dad Found Acceptance and True Worth.
• Register by October 1st to be entered into a raffle to win a one night stay at Sugarbush Resort. Raffle open to Kin, Foster, and Adoptive caregivers only. 
• Registration Priority will be given to caregivers.  FSD staff and other professionals may be placed on the waiting list.
