RPC+ Residential is a 20-hour trauma intensive workshop based on the RPC+ course for foster, adoptive and kin caregivers. This adaptation is specifically designed for residential counselors who are working with children or youth who have experienced trauma and are involved with the child welfare system.

This workshop will discuss the impact of trauma on the development, attachment, relationships, emotions and behaviors of children and youth in residential care. It will support residential staff in seeking their own wellness while learning concrete strategies to manage daily and ongoing challenges; enhance relationships with residents; and promote healing of the children and youth in their care.

This workshop will begin tentatively* on Friday March 21st 12:00pm – 2:00pm ~ for 10 consecutive weeks
